Shipment processing time

All orders are processed with 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic (Switzerland)

PostPac Priority – 1-2 business days – 9 CHF.

PostPac Economy – 2-5 business days – 7 CHF.

International 

PostPac International Priority – 2-3 business days – 25 CHF.

PostPac International Economy – 4-7 business days – 20 CHF.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing goods. We cant give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
